I need help for choosing right parts to build a silent, low-power mini-ITX pc. I will use i3-4330 for CPU, a 120 GB SSD and a 1 TB HDD for storage. No need for VGA and ODD. Then what MoBo, case and power supply (and a CPU cooler?) should I choose to best achieve my goal? WiFi, bluetooth, USB 3.0, HDMI connections are needed, but not all have to be on-board, if that matters. No gaming. Lightweight everyday use will be all. Hopefully this can be achieved with $ 500-600 budget. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your prompt response!
Would you tell me a little about why you chose that particular case and the power supply? I just checked the specs and some reviews for them, and it seems your recommendation was based particularly on their "low noise", is that right? But aren't they a little too big for my need? Too much empty space for the case? Do I even need a PSU over 200W? What do you think about a DC-to-DC?
