i made a thread before and i reapplied thermal grease now its hot again and its 42c lowest on idle and 87c hottest on load.
its about 7c outside and i let my window open for a few minutes and let the comp settle its definitely the cpu the gpu is fine about 29c coolest so the room temp is around 20-30c.
the hottest was when i was rendering a video in sony vegas pro 10. the coolest was when i just had those 3 programs open. also my cpu cooler is arctic freezer pro rev 2 and i have one arctic f12 in the front blowing air into the case and one arctic f9 blowing air out the case in the back.
this is the case: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Envizage-K5-Gaming-PC-Case-with-Blue-LED-Fan-and-USB3-0-No-Power-Supply-/300879086808?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopComponents_RL&hash=item460dca84d8

except i took out the blue crap fan and put in the arctic f12 as you know.

ok what do i do?

The temp mid 40 is normal on idle, because your cooler is the 92mm size, but it is not that bad you should get something around 65-70c on load. But the load temp is very bad, I think you may reinstall cooler again by tightening the heat sink down using a criss-cross tightening method (1-3-2-4). Also you may consider to buy the 120mm one.
