I am going to build a good gaming pc for the next year and I need some help from you who knows more about Computers than me.
My budget is around 1200€-1400€ so here is the parts I have chosen :
Case: Fractal Design ARC XL
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K 3,4 Ghz
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP
RAM: Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz 9-9-9-24/VENGEANCE
PSU: Cooler Master 1000W Silent Pro M II, semi-modular, 80+ Silver
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon R9 280X 3GB
What should I change?

That power supply is way overkill, and Cooler Master is meh... Their Silent Pro units are usually good quality, but overpriced. Many of their other models are poor quality. If you intend to run two 280Xs in Crossfire at some point, 850W would be appropriate. For a single 280X, 550-600W is plenty. Some of the best brands are Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, and XFX. In Europe, XFX tends to be the go-to brand for affordable quality PSUs.

A full-tower case is, in my personal opinion, overkill. But that's more of a personal preference.

Get a 750w psu from corsair or seasonic, antec etc...

Don't get an xfx card get an Asus or msi one as they are much better. Also don't get a sapphire card as their plastic shroud is cheap and flimsy.

For the cpu and mobo I'd personally get an fx 8320 cpu and M5A97 R2.0 mobo as they are much cheaper and perform around the same, and with the extra money get a H100i so you can surpass i5 and i7 speed/performance. Also the fx 8320 is an eight core cpu so it'd be good for future games, for e.g games that utilise more than 4 cores such as crysis 3 and bf4 the 8320 performs better than the i5 and i7.
