Is it possible to make a wired network 2000feet providing internet to 20 users on the way using cat5 cable and a few small internet switches.

Solution
Not in one long 2000 foot line, but in what you probably really want to do yes.

Every cable has to be under 100 meters, but you can use switches to get even further. I imagine that your users are grouped somewhat. You can use a longer cable to connect switches that serve each contiguous group. You may also want to consider adding a router to avoid having to set static addresses on all the machines and printers.

Draw up a network diagram and post it.

More information is needed. If you want advice that will work for you, post a network map. Are these in separate buildings or is it an incredibly long single building, or are you linking a number of households?

Thanks for your help every one . I am providing internet to 10 different houses with 20 users on the way its a street 2000 feet with only 2 turns on the way . I am working on it and have gone beyond 1000 feet using tplink internet switch 5 port . At the source i have a router with internet 8mb speed , then using mikrotik routerboard 750gl for bandwith magement and a internet cable cat 5 is connected wich is 350 feet , connected to a internet switch2 at a distance of 300 feet , then another cat5 cable is connected to internet switch3 which is 250 feet connected to internet switch 4 which is also 250feet... Using 4 switches Switch1=350feet+Switch2=300feet+switch3=250feet+switch4=250feet= total 1150 feet. I checked internet speed at switch 4 which was perfect . I did not add the users yet i want to make the 2000 feet run first than its easy to add users to every 4 empty ports in every internet switch on the way . will this work perfectly will 20 users on line

That will work, you can go 100 meters (a little over 300 feet) between each device on the line (router, switch, etc.) so that should be fine. As long as each run is under 100 meters you can go a very long distance and not lose any speed or increase latency (within reason of course). I've done runs up to 400 feet with no problem, but you must understand that anything over 100 meters is not within specifications and can cause problems.
