a friend of mine wants to buy a new gaming rig for a max. amount of 520 euros. He wants to play most games in high settings and sometimes also works a bit with video editing softwares and streams every now and then. I told him that it would be better to invest more money in that case, but it's not possible unfortunately. So I looked up some parts and thought about this one, which still might work well I guess:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K Black Edition = 63,87€
MB: ASUS A88XM-Plus mATX = 62,47€
RAM: 8GB-Kit (2x4GB) G-Skill RipJaws 1600 mhz (F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL) = 63,42€
GPU: HIS Radeon HD 7790 iCooler Turbo 1GB GDDR5 = 105,74€
Case: Cooltek CT K5 3.0 = 37,72€
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX430 = 37,19€
Storage: 1TB WD Caviar Blue = 49,08€
Optical Drive: LiteOn iHAS124-04 = 15,93€
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit = 80,03€
= 515,45€
Do you think this build is nice for this amount of money? Or are there a few things which can be upgraded (or even downgraded, in order to save some money). I also thought of an alternative for both the CPU and Motherboard (Athlon X4 740 and ASUS-A88XM-A respectively), what do you think? Also, does the PSU work well with that GPU and CPU or do I have to pick one with a bit more power?
