Hi, I'm upgrading my PC, and I need information on will my PC run after i change these components:

MB Foxconn G41MXE
CPU Pentium(R) Dual Core 3.2 GHz OC to 3.5GHz
RAM 2x 2GB Seitec 800MHZ DDR3
GPU nVidia GeForce GT220 1GB OC
PSU CODEGEN 400W

with these:

MB -same-
CPU -same-
RAM 1x 4GB Kingston XMP Beast 1600MHz
GPU Gigabyte GTX650 2GB OC
PSU Cooler Master G600

p.s. These changes will be temporary, i know there will be a bottleneck between the CPU and GPU.

I'm just asking whether the GPU, PSU and RAM be compatible with the motherboard ?

Thank you in advance!

2x2GB @ 800MT/s and 1x4GB @ 1600MT/s yield the same memory bandwidth so it isn't really worth bothering with.

Take the ~$25 you would save from keeping your previous RAM and get a better PSU - no idea how good (or bad) the CM Gxxx series is but CM has a handful of sub-par PSU product lines.

Here's a somewhat exhaustive list of good and bad PSUs:
