I bought a new graphics card and power supply.

I installed the new graphics card and power supply in computer 'A', took the parts I no longer needed out of computer 'A' and put them in computer 'B'

now both computer turn on when hit the power button but there is no display, not even the BIOS startup however all fans come to life so I know it's on. For some reason the power button will not turn the computer off again and you have to use the switch in the back.

What could I of possibly done to make this happen to both computers...

Okay so I've took the battery out of the mother board held the power button for 10 seconds. Battery back in, old PSU back in. CPU, ram are the only thing connected to mother board besides the power switch. Triple checked all connections same problem. All fans turn on mother boar led lights come on but no display no post and computer won't turn off without being unplugged
