I've been going through a nightmare with a custom PC I ordered from them. The build and ship time was fine, but the PC suddenly died a week after I purchased it, and this was over a month ago-since RMAing it back to them, it's been nothing but frustration. I'm not the most technically proficient user, but have a pretty good understanding of PC architechture and how things operate. The only indication I had of what was wrong was a flashing case power light, which usually means the MB or CPU is toast. I couldn't tell for sure, so I shipped the whole unit back to them for diagnosis. Their RMA dept received it back on 12/30 and the only info I've gotten from them is that they'rwe waiting for a new PSU, which to me seems ludicrous to keep a customer waiting over 3 weeks for something so minor. Long story short, I filed a BBB complaint about the issue and a credit card dispute and still haven't heard anything more from them. I think that they're probably ok if you never need service, but otherwise stay away, far away.
