Hey guys. I need your advice on a graphic card for this machine:

- Motherboard: Asus P5Q3 Deluxe
- Processor: Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.8 Ghz
- RAM: 8Gb DDR3 1600 Kingston HyperX
- PCIE 2.0 x16

I'm not a high-ended gamer but will not complain if I will be able to run racing simulators without problems. I would like to be able to play high definitions (bluerays) and 3D if it's possible.

What do you guys suggest?
Thanks

You need to tell us which power supply you have, because a smaller power supply may not be able to handle a powerful graphics card. Also tell us what kind of case you have, because the best graphics cards tend to be large and may not fit in your case if it's small. And of course a budget - are you willing to spend $200, $400, etc.

Ok. Thanks for your attention

1. Now I have a 500W power supply (I would upgrade that if the benefit between options is good);
2. I don't know exactly how to measure, but I think I have some room: 18,5 cm from the motherboard up; and 30 cm in the extension over the PCIE door;
3. I just saw that a GTX 650 is around $120 right? With twice this number I can really get much more power in my 'old' hardware?
