Motherboard w/o integrated graphics

Hi, I am building a custom gaming pc and my motherboard has no graphics whatsoever. I am buying a radeon gpu but, will the card i'm buying work from the start, or would I have to install drivers? The thing is, if I need to install drivers before it will work, how do I install them? I won't be able to hook it up to a monitor w/o the card... I'm confused. The only thing I can think would work is to plug my hdd into another computer and put the drivers on like that. Please help me, I don't really understand how to do this...

No you don't need to install the drivers at the start.
even you can do anything without installing the drivers except gaming but it will not give the better performence.
you can install drivers whenever you want.
