The new 13.11 Beta9.5 drivers for my Gigabyte r9 270x have significantly brought down performance in my BF4. When I was hitting the 60 fps mark and above in the 9.4 drivers, now it is down to 45-50 Average (low settings)! Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone have a fix?
Build:
Motherboard: Msi fm2-a75ma-e35
CPU: Amd athlon x4 750k (3.4ghz currently, but it can go up to 4.0)
GPU: Gigabyte R9 270x
PSU: CX500M
Ram: 8Gb of Corsair Vengence 1600mhz
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Solution
Revert back to the previous drivers:)
These drivers are just beta and cannot be guaranteed to improve performance.
I've had some troubles with drivers for my crossfired 270x set up i upgraded to this morning which i'm hoping will be resolved soon. I came from an AMD 7850 which didn't have any performance issues with the drivers

That's probably my best bet, but I had flickering issues on my card :(. I guess for the performance I had before is worth it.

Yes I heard that 9.5 fixed the flickering issues. I only installed my 270x's this morning and have only used 9.5. I haven't played Battlefield 4 yet as i'm playing through Batman Arkham Origins and Assassins creed 4.
To look on the bright side though hopefully the next driver will fix everything.
Also do you know about AMD's Mantle project which is due to be released this month?
