VRM is buzzing. Is it time for a new Motherboard/CPU?

Whenever I open an application that is in need of demanding power, e.g a game, the VRMs on my motherboard keep buzzing until the application is closed.

I have ran a few stability tests (prim95 - large FFT test, and Burn in on Furmark) it finished without any problems. I ran them for over 7hours, and the entire time there was buzzing.

So, I'm guessing that for now it's fine since it ran 7+hours whilst buzzing but surely this can't be right, can it? Although, I've had this problem for a few weeks now.

I haven't overclocked anything.

Is it time for a new motherboard, or possibly CPU(Maybe PSU because of the voltages but I doubt it's that)?

Buzzing and whining sound usually came from powersupply or graphic cards..

Motherboard rarely have this issue..

Check the sound once more again..

If it came from your PSU and your PSU covered by warranty, i suggest you to rma it as soon as possible..

It's not my GPU for sure. I just received a new GPU yesterday ( R9 290 ) from a previous GTX 570. It has been making the sound for weeks regardless of what card, so I guess it may be the PSU...
