These are my specs:

Processor: Intel core i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz
GB RAM: 8 GB
Graphic card currently using: Nvidia Geforce GT 530

I want another graphic card that can handle Battlefield 4 on Ultra Settings 50-60 fps.
And I can spend a total of $400 on it.

I was thinking of maybe MSI Radeon R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5 V2/OC BE 3GB.
Is that a right choice? and can my computer specs handle it?

Help would be appreciated guys, and I'm new to this forum and I know nothing about specs and stuff.

Not really sure on the power supply, but for around $340, you can get a gtx 770. I would say this is a good option if you want to get a graphics cards soon. If your willing to wait, some better options might come from Radeon's way, but every high-end Radeon card is sold out now for whatever reason, maybe partly due to mining. This might help, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-290-review-benchmark,3659-6.html . The r9 280x and 290 seem to be great options. The r9 290 was even meant to be in your price range, but for now, you will have a bit of trouble securing a Radeon card, especially one that is priced at its intended price. If you can get a 7950 for under $300 it might be worth a look, but make sure it is not overpriced in...

Oh darn, i don't know how to check that. I did some research of how to find that out, apparently I'm supposed to take the side panel off the case and check the sticker on the power supply.
But is there no other option to figure this out?

Nope. Don't worry, its safe if you ground yourself properly. High-end graphics cards chew up a ton of power and the PSU wattage is needed to make a decent solution. Some chew up to 250W.

Here another chart for help, also containing the 7950 and 7970, although it is on the beta - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/battlefield-4-graphics-card-performance,3634-8.html . Your power supply is still in question, however. Maybe someone else can help you out with that. In summary, you can get a 7950 or gtx 770 now, and it will be a decent option, or you can wait until the high-end Radeon cards come back and get your hands on an r9 290 or r9 280x, which I believe are a bit better for Battlefield 4.

Yea thanks for the ideas. something that i could think about. i think i might wait then.. no rush for me, but next year hopefully i will get in touch with either one of those cards. gtx 770 or r9 290. actually its good idea to see what other cards are coming next year, maybe cards for the same price are even better. :)
i was actually checking gtx 770 out before i saw your post, and it was pretty good for the price.
but as for the power supply wattage, im not sure how to fix that problem. cant get a way to figure it out.
