I just bought an i5 4430 haswell new chip. I like it and it seems to be perfectly fine for right now but i'm concerned about longevity. The pc i got i had the option to put an i7 4770 in it but the price difference between the two chips is quite large. is there that big a difference to justify the price as far as gaming is concerned? I got the i5 to save the money there where i'll spend that on a nice graphics card.....
Trying to keep the price down. I spent $599 and plan to upgrade the graphics.. So $750-800 ultimately... I could have gotten all of the above included for $1000 though.
