Generally anything from Corsair(non-CX) series, OCZ, Pc Power and Cooling, Seasonic, XFX, Antec will do you just fine. All are quality manufacturers, and most of the time you can find a good deal on one of them. I'd also suggest you not buy anything rated at less than a bronze efficiency, although it's not really worth paying more to upgrade from bronze to silver/gold/platinum either. For example, right now I'd buy:

Same price as some good bronze units, and you get Silver and semi-modular cables.

I'd go ahead and buy a 7870ghz edition card. Right now this is a good price even before the 20 dollar MiR. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also, will both of these cards run BF4 on ultra? The 7870 can run BF4 on Ultra 1080p with an average of 50frames per second giver or take 10 on different situations. The R9-270X is basically a 7870 overclocked so it should have higher frames and then you can overclock the 270X to reach even higher ones. In the end, I would suggest getting the R9-270X as it's the best 200 dollar card there is right now.
