Safe voltages for Memory 24/7

Just wondering I want to oc my memory up to 1866 from 1600mhz the timings for 1600 are 9-9-9-24 and using 1866 at 1.65v I use 10-10-9-27. But ive heard that you cant go above 0.5v from the VTT which for me currently is 1.06v, wihtout damaging your CPU. Is this true and can I run this 24/7 without any problems? Should I up the VTT to 1.15v?

After a few quick tests (10min Prime 95) it is stable I need to do a long one yet but looks good so far. However it wont run 3dmark 11's physics test without the test crashing, but that is the only problem so far.

Specs:
i7 3770k @ 4.6ghz cooled by h100 (I run this 24/7)
Corsair vengeance cmz16gx3m4a1600c9 16gb Ram, passively cooled
ocz vertex 4 128gb ssd
nv gtx 780 3gb EVGA
Corsair TX850W v2
Asus Maximus V Extreme

Yea, I would drop the voltage of your RAM a little bit and run some stress tests, if it becomes unstable, then return to DDR3-1600. Just a reminder: before you install a new operating system using the same RAM sticks, make sure to return them to 1600mhz, as windows installation is very memory intensive and many people have had corrupted windows installs and/or RAM corruption due to that.

So should I drop the mem voltage to 1.64 or something or would you advise leaving it at 1600mhz?
