Would I notice much of a difference between these cards?

I'm debating between these two cards.

How much of a difference would I notice if I got the ASUS card? I'm also up for suggestions on other cards. ($150 is my limit)

buy the cheaper one and over clock it your self if you want. not a big diff.... But i will say the Asus Direct CU2 is a nice aftermarket solution and I trust them more than saffire as far as build quality

A lot of people are having issues with the 7850, and the 7790 only has 1 review. Kinda makes me uneasy about buying either.

well good point. I am a Nvidia guy so I don't know as much about them. Nvidia has always had better running stuff just my opinion. with that said get the XFX. you have a warranty and its a good card for the money. How about

dont mistake it the 650 TI boost is not your average 650ti. they kill in SLI if that is ever an option.
