Fps related issues

hello guys, so i'm having serious fps issues in my games mainly gw2, batman arkham asylum and now tomb raider 2013. I usually get around 15fps in heavy environmentes(cities etc) and all around i dont get more than 20/25fp and i feel my system can do a lot better.So..what am i doing wrong?? these are my specs

board: gigabyte GA-H77-D3H
processor: i-5 3570 3,4ghz
graphic card: geforce gtx 650 2gb
8 Gb Ram
OS: Win 7 ultimate 64bits

Yea, a GTX 650 sort of blurs the line between entry level and mid range cards, especially if we're talking about the standard GTX 650 and not the GTX 650 Ti or the GTX 650 Ti Boost. If you want to increase performance, turn off AA as @a1blaster said. SSAA is extremely demanding on your system, while MSAA or FXAA can be a lot more lenient. If you want to keep some form of anti-aliasing, only use 2x MSAA or some low-level FXAA. SSAA is too much for a GTX 650. It'd also help to turn down your settings of course, and if you're playing at 1080p you're already pushing it with that card.
