New CPU MB and RAM

Bought new CPU ram and MB. Once I put all this together and install my gpu from the other mb everything but gpu turns on. I've checked all the connections changed ram placement even tried changing PCI e slots. Even tried with another gpu and no display. Both cards worked in older MB

Can't even get a display from 2 diff cards and when I out them on another older board they worked fine.

And I have new ram as well it was installed on the new board
