what motherboard do i need

i can seem to fin a good overlcokable motherboard for this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2gEc3
also do i need case fans if i wanna do some overclocking since the pc i have now runs extremely hot to the point where it just crashes so im a little worried bout that build and it overheating

Well a couple of things I could point out to you. Firstly what I would purchase premium fans. I'll list the ones I'd recommend and then the ones you can get for a little less that may be more affordable if you aren't wanting to pay the premium.

They are very expensive but if you shop around you can find them cheaper.

Corsair SP120 Performance edition fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It shows they are currently out of stock but you can find these anywhere :) 

Now in terms of a good overclocking motherboard you could go with a few different boards. But maybe if you are serious something in the ROG line. But again without knowing your budget I can't say for certain that this would be the best option for you.

Sure you can find decent motherboards within that range something in the 990FX chip line you can find in that price range I'm sure.
