What can i cut down on?

Solution
Your memory probably if you are only focussed on gaming 8GB is more then enough. PSU can probably cut a little bit on that, but its always good to have a solid PSU for the future. So i would say cut down your ram.

Looking to play games like bf4 that need 3 so for the future when Im going to need a better card.

For a pure gaming PC you do not need more than 8GB of RAM.

The GT 630 is rather weak and expensive for the performance you get. I would buy the following Radeon HD 7750 DDR5for $50 after a $30 mail-in rebate. The Radeon HD 7750 is more powerful than the nVidia GT 640. Below is a performance comparison.

So I downed the ram from 16 to 12 because I currently run minecraft with 6 and it is slow so if I up it I can also up the ram to 8 as well. also I think I need some ram left to run a second monitor.

I've runned minecraft fine with 8. And i'm not even close to getting full use of those 8GB of ram. Also using a 2nd monitor. But in the end, its up to you.
Is your ram being used 100% when playing minecraft ? If not really don't bother getting any more then 8

Don't get the FX-6100 CPU, that is based on the older Bulldozer architecture which means there wasn't much of a performance difference between the it and the older Phenom II X4 series. Get the following FX-6300 Piledriver generation CPU for the same price of $110 + free shipping so it is actually cheaper. It comes with Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon game that can be downloaded.

Get the following 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM for $53 + free shipping

The Radeon HD 7750 is not powerful enough to make use of 4GB of RAM. Since you can save a bit of money with the RAM I recommended, you can buy the more powerful Radeon HD 7770 2GB for $115 after a $15 rebate.

If you are settling for the 7750, I would just save up until you can get at least the HD 7850 or the GTX 650 Ti Boost. Its not that the HD 7750 is bad, its that for only a few more bucks you get so much more performance. Its better to have a lot of speed and not need it than have a slow(er) card and be SOL when it becomes inadequate.
