Hello... I know the password to my Passport Essential but cannot recall the upper/lower/numeric combination of the word (darn!). Guess this means I cannot get in. In that instance, can you please advise how to reformat my drive? I have a My Passport Essential 2.0USB that's about 4 years old and only used once!
