I am building a computer and I am having some issues. The power switch cable that goes into the motherboard will not stay in and work unless it is pressed down and held in a certain position which constantly changes. It works for a time until I let go. I dont know if it is a problem with the pins on the motherboard or if it is the cable. Here are my specs:
biostar hi-fi z87w motherboard
Rosewill challenger case
i5 4670k
EVGA geforce gtx 760
8 gb of ram
2tb hdd
ocz zt series 650 watt psu
If anyone knows what is going on please help

If I recall, the Challenger is a value case, it wouldn't surprise me if the power switch was cheaply made. Try taking the power switch off of a different case and attach it to the motherboard.
