Hello everybody. I am new here, its my first post :p
Anyways, i convinced my friend to get a pc instead of a ps4.
So i ask you guys, what is the best gaming build he can get for the same price as a ps4 ($400)
I already have an ssd with w7 on it, so that can be excluded. But im sure he will want more space than the 64GB ssd can provide. Other than that, optical drive, peripherals (mouse and keyboard), and monitor can be excluded from the build.

We want to play games like planetside 2, COD, and POSSIBLY BF4, probably not though :p
anyways thanks for any help!
