Hey all, so I am new to the custom p.c. building world and was wondering if the specs that I am interested in is worth getting. I have a budget, around 1500-2000 and have already bought a monitor and case. I will be using this p.c. for strictly gaming, no editing whatsoever. Let me know, and thanks in advance!

Motherboard- Between the Asrock z77 extreme4 or 6, and have also included this gigabyte mb (GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77) that looks solid. This area of the build is what I am most concerned with, as the mb seems to be the most faulty component on a custom p.c.

GPU- EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 760

RAM- Corsair Vengeance 8gb or G.Skill Sniper Series 8gb

Storage- WD Caviar Black 1 tb

Storage (for OS and some games)- Samsung 240gb ssd

CPU- Intel i5-3570k

CPU Heatsink- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Power Supply- CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD. Might go with the 850w, depends on if I want to SLI or not.

OD- LG Black Blu-ray burner

Already Have-

Case- Antec Nine Hundred

Monitor- ASUS VG248QE Black 24" 144Hz 1ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD 3D Monitor

Thanks!

Looks good to me. I'd get the extreme4. It's not too expensive but a quality board. I bought one the other day
