Hey all, first here's a link to my HP compuer
http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAG...

-My question is, is it possible to take all the part out of this computer and put them into a new case? As well as maybe buy a cooling buy? also, if you don't mind answering while your at it, what is the point of buying a solid state hard drive, my brother keeps telling me to get one and install windows on it for increased speed.

- Back to the computer case, I have no experience taking apart a computer. I've installed a graphics card before, which wasn't very difficult... do you think it wise for me to try and replace all the parts? I don't want to mess it up

your motherboard is a uATX / micro ATX so you have to know if your new case supports micro or u ATX.
i once took a HP Pavilion P6-2103ED apart and put it in a coolermaster HAF x, and it all fitted fine.
so if you make sure your motherboard fits everything else won't be a problem as i see it.

a solid state hard drive has a faster writing and reading speed then a normal hard disk.
so it will make loading things (like windows) that are on the solid state drive noticeable faster.

taking a computer apart is not very difficult, however you need to make sure that you have no static electricity in your body before touching anything inside or you might damage your parts.
also, when you replace parts make sure they will work with your motherboard and are compatible with your other parts.
