My friend wants to get into PC gaming, but he doesn't want to spend a little more than $600 tops. I have a pretty good partslist for him, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2gM8S . How much of price discounts could he get and when? Is the day after Christmas a good day to buy parts?

You might be able to save maybe $50 if you get parts in a sale, but you could save some on the motherboard, it's a good board but you could save about $20 getting a cheaper one.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that he wanted to have it so he could upgrade in the future. Thats also why I have a 750w psu.
