mother board capability with 64 bit

Would the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 be compatible with 64 bit windows operating system.

Usually the 64-bit OS is related to the CPU, but all of the new AMD cpu are 64-bit compatible, if the cpu is compatible the MB then it does compatible.
If you use the fx6300 or FX8 series cpu, then you may need to get the non-LE M5A97 version for OC the cpu. If you don't OC then it will be fine.
