Solution
1st of all - you can't overclock on a Q87. You need Z87.

Well bear in mind that the Hyper T4 won't get you far. You can't overclock on a mediocre cooler. Get a Hyper 212 Evo. For 30-34 bucks, it is well worth it.

The Rosewill Line-M is a mATX case and you're going to be using an ATX board, so you need a ATX case.

I know the Hyper 212 EVO is out of stock right now at newegg, so if you plan to buy it soon then buy it from another retailer like Amazon.
