Could I please have some suggestions for a good fan setup in the 350D. Keep in mind that I will be using the H80i, which has a 120mm radiator.
Thanks.

I recommend using 120mm fans eg. corsair SP 120 high perf. edition or the AF 120 high perf. edition if you remove the HDD cages. Use AF or SP fans for the top and the stock fans on the H80i on the back (they are unpainted SP 120mm fans).

I was thinking more along the lines of where in the case to put the fans not what type. Also the H80i does come with 2 SP120's in the box.

I recommend the front/side as intakes and the back/top as exhaust.

In my 350D I actually replaced the fans that come with the case for the Corsair quiet edition fans. In the front intake I have 2 high performance quiet edition 120mm fans, another on the back for outtake, then I have the H100i with high static pressure quiet edition 120mm fans as outtake on the top. If I were you, I'd probably mount that H80i either on the top as outtake, or take that back outtake fan and move it to the top so you can mount the H80i as outtake on the backside.
