Hy. I've had my pc for about a yr now. I've had no unfixable problems. And as there were no manufacture faults, I don't expect to get anything in the forseeable future.
I stupidly didn't register all my parts though and I didn't get extended warranties.

My question basically is: if something goes wrong with my computer, hardware wise, and trouble shooting at home doesn't work, what are my options?

if it cant be solved through these forums you will need to find a reputable computer repair establishment. ive seen a lot of things solved thru the forum tho. no sense sweating it till it happens.

Thanks. If I can isolate the problem down to a particular component, would the product company repair it for a fee?

if its off warranty, sadly no. over the years ive learned to do a lot of my own work. its more troubleshooting and replacement than actual repair of components.
