Confused with RAM

I'm in the process of building a budget gaming rig and I've decided to buy the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard for my FX 6300 cpu.I am intending to overclock my processor and when I checked out the TH guide,it said I needed identical RAMs.Now,thr board only supports 1066 RAM and 1333 with OC.My questions are:
1.I read the board uses an on-board RAM OCing software to overclock so it can run 1333.Will this cause any problems with the RAM or general system functions?
2.Since I'm OCing,I need a RAM which has heatsinks right?Anyway,is it worth buying RAMS like the Corsair XMS 3 and using the XMS to underclock it to 1333?
3.Are 2 RAMs really needed(I'll need them eventually but can I build the PC and OC the processor and graphics card and then buy new RAM and expect it to function normally?)?
4.Can anyone recommend a good 4 GB RAM/8 GB RAM-kit to buy under Rs.3000-3500/$55-65?Speed should be at least 1333Mhz.

Solution
1. Unless you buy RAM that isn't rated to be overclocked, you'll be fine.
2. No. While overclocking RAM does make the modules warmer, as long as you OC within rated limits, you'll be fine. You don't need to buy RAM with a heatsink either. You can buy modules with heat spreaders on them. ( For example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231445 )
3. For stability reasons, you should buy pairs of modules because they are designed, rated, and tested to run together. Yes you can buy the two 4 gig sticks that don't come as a pair but there's not guarantee they will be stable.

Now, I can recommend a kit but before I do, I'm going to recommend that you forget about OC RAM. Tests have been done and there is very little if...

1. It sounds like it won't actually affect you in any way. I recommend just getting these.
3. Might as well, it's worth avoiding the hassle. What would be the alternative?
4. See #1

I hope that helps!

You dont need heat synchs for ram when over clocking the CPU. Using that motherboard dont expect a very high overclock. Using 2 sticks is preffered because it allows dual channel which increases memory performance over single channel which is all one stick can do. I'd say get the cheapest 1333 kit with 2x4gb sticks and you'll be happy

Tests have been done and there is very little if any difference in performance when it comes to the frequency of the RAM module. You won't be able to tell the difference between 1066 Mhz and 1333 Mhz. I think you should just buy 1066 Mhz and simply OC your CPU.

If you really want to OC RAM, I can find you one (if anyone else doesn't beat me to it).

Thanks for the help everyone!I was not going to OC RAM anyway, but I wanted to know if a heatsink/spreader RAM would be mandatory for cpu OC.I see its not so thanks again!
No,I don't want OC RAM but the only RAM available are 1333Mhz and higher on online retailers in India. The problem is,parts are not very abundant here.

Gotcha. I guess all of our links aren't much help then :p

If you did want to shop at Newegg, you could always take a look at Shipito , for the shipping.

Either way, you'll be fine with "any-old" 1333 MHz RAM.

And BTW,most >1600 RAMs are more expensive here. But I may spend a little more and get thr GA-970A-DS3.I will buy a cooler and maybe settle for lesser OC for better overall spacing,SATA 2 and CrossfireX.But I've learned a lot through you guys' advice so thanks a bunch!
