Hello. I basically would like to know what is should up grade to improve my gaming experience. I would like to play BF4 on ultra or high at 1080p.

My current set up.
CPU Phenom ii x6 1055t @ 2.8
Ram 2x4gb DDR3 1600 (not 100% sure)
mobo : ASUS M4N68T-M
GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 570 DoubleShot HD
psu 550w coolermaster

Thank you.

Solution
It's a mix of your CPU and GPU.

For the CPU you can get a decent water cooler (Corsair h80i is a great start) and overclock that 1055t to 3.5ghz minimum easily. The alternative to this is to get a new motherboard and get an FX chip (FX-8350 is the best bet). Unfortunately your motherboard does not support the AMD FX series.

Your GPU is just on the limits of what is needed for BF4, the best bang for you buck in terms of BF4 is an HD 7870 which you can get for around $150-$220, it will gladly chug along in BF4 at ultra.

If you plan to go the OC route, the h80i is on amazon now for $59 (US).

If you plan to upgrade the CPU, the best motherboard I've used for FX series is the Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 which is around $130.
The FX-8350 is $180.

The H55 is a decent water cooler, but the cooling it gives can be equaled via the Hyper 212 Plus (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065) for much cheaper.

I actually had my 1055t under a Hyper 212 and was able to get a stable OC of 3.7ghz out of it (with voltage modification) and 3.5ghz without messing with voltages.
