I bought an ASUS CUii 780 over a month and a half ago and it had been working fine up until tonight where it causes the top left corner of my screens to twitch and stretch and bad artifacting in games (2 monitors). HWMonitor reports my gpu getting a max voltage of 0.925V where as GPU Tweek shows it getting 1.025V max. Question is my gpu a lemon or is my psu crapping out? Its a Antec 750W HCG 2 years old.

Its unlikely your known brand 750w psu is crapping it after 2 yrs but not impossible.
The only person who can answer your Q is you by borrowing a known good psu and trying it.
Sorry.

What you can try is downclocking the GPU to see if the issue persists. The chip might be starting an early death.

There is a good number of things that could be wrong, you will have to try out your PSU with a different GPU to see if it has issues and you will need to try your GPU in another rig. If the GPU works fine elsewhere, it's likely your PSU or PCI-E slot.

I did rule out the PCI-E slot, I have 3 others on the board same effect on all of em. Also my system does not crash, it is completely stable just when i boot up games the artifacting and twitching occurs.
