Hello! I just installed a new Graphics card on my computer, booted it up, said it didn't start correctly but nothing seemed wrong, installed the driver for it and rebooted and everything was fine. But the screen resolution is off. There is a good 1.5 inch black border around the whole screen..It says it is 1920 1080, and my screen is 1080. I have it in through a HDMI cable. I went to the control panel and tried to readjust it through the
