Game wont start on my new customized PC

Well nothing actually happen. For example I run my dota 2 program, it just doesn't starts up. and when I open my warcraft lll, it just says that direct x is not updated, but my current direct x version is directx 11. so yeah.. im not sure whats wrong. I can watch video and everything, but I cannot start up any games.
