How can I check if a new GPU will be compatible with my mobo/processor?

I built myself a computer in the summer of 2012 -- just in time for DIII. I salvaged some parts from my old comp, and I think it's time to upgrade my old GPUs. What should I look for in terms of compatibility with these:

CPU: i5 3570k
Mobo: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
(current)GPU: 2x 9800 GTX+
RAM: Kingston 8GB
PSU: Raidmax 700w
HDD: 500GB Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint.

(Also, my budget for the GPU is ~$200, if anyone has any suggestions.)

I guess budget has different meanings, but I have money.

I don't want to spend more than is necessary and imagine $200 is enough.

The GPU you linked isn't on sale, comes with two games I won't play, and only has one Newegg review?

IDK.
