is the r9 280x and fx 6300 will be a good combination?

i just want to know that i about to upgrade my pc so now i am totaly prepared for buying the gtx 760 zotac amp edition with the fx 8230..i just curious adout that if the fx 6300 and r9 280x will be better than the gtx 760 and fx 8230..so what should i buy from these two .?plz help.
and my monitor size is 1368x768 native

Yes but why 6GB? AMD systems support DUAL channel and that means either 2 or 4 identical sticks in the ram slots! 2 x 4GB ram is the normal recommendation for gaming.
