WIndows 8 Black screen + "the app can't run on your PC"

My PC is VAIO E series SVE14A35CVB When i after downloading skin an alienware,my PC is rebooth and after it my laptop is black screen! And when click task manager>new task>explore.exe it shown a "This app can't run on your PC" please help me!:( thanks .

i also have same problem so : first turn off.. then on and push shift on the lock screen and hold it ,then + restart.....(trouble shoot+ advance+ find safe mode. Open safe mode and restore system week or days before that accident...
