Which monitor is better for gaming

The BenQ is $60 more than the Asus monitor ($40 without rebate).
Honestly, I don't see why you'd go for the BenQ monitor when the Asus monitor is a lot cheaper.
The only benefit for the BenQ monitor is the 1ms response time compared to Asus' 2ms response time but honestly, the human eye can't even tell the difference; and the extra inch.

Get the Asus monitor! I have an Asus monitor myself (VS247H-P to be specific) and I LOVE it (apart from the bit flimsy monitor stand).
I'm going to continue purchasing Asus monitors in the future.

They are relativly the same however the BenQ one has a faster response time (1 MS) but a Lower Contrast Ratio(12,000,000:1) and the Asus one has a longer response time (2ms) but a Higher Contrast Ratio (50,000,000:1). I guess it really depends on what you are going to be playing, although Ben-Q is a bit more gaming oriented. Keep in mind you'll barley notice a 1 millasecond difference, but you may notice the contrast ratios with washed out blacks or dark tones.
