The main thing holding you back would be your old core 2 duo, even with that overclock

But to answer your question, the GTX 660 is about one of the best cards you can get at that budget

It won't make much of a difference since your CPU will hold that card back, so both those cards will be running at about half their potential performance

You could get a 7770 and not notice too big a difference

Will My PSU Allow those cards to work, coz it works fine with the old 8800gt or should i considering replacing the psu as well

Most people in India use crap PSU's like Odyssey, Huntkey, Zebronics.
They're a risk at half the load.
But if you have a decent PSU from brands like Corsair, Seasonic, Antec then you're set.
The PSU will run any of those cards just fine.

Should be fine, but what's the amp rating on the +12v rail? check inside and look at your PSU sticker

I wouldn't bother with a 660 now unless you're planning to get a new CPU and mobo sometime in the near future

Nope, the best GPU in INR within 15k is this one:
http://mdcomputers.in/sapphire-graphics-card-dual-x-r9-... 270

But u would be bottlenecked with ur E7500 cpu if u get either of the 660/270x.
I'd say get an i3 along with a hd7770/650ti. That way it would be a more balanced rig.

You'd be better off with an FX-6300 and a 970/990FX mobo with a 650 Ti Boost or 7850

mdcomputers is an unknown site.
Flipkart is one of the most trusted sites for online shopping in India.
i3 with 650ti seems appropriate. But don't spend less than 9k on a cpu, or you'll not get a good value.

who said that MDcomputers in not a trusted side. I live in kolkata and it is the most trusted site here..read the reviews.
The O.P already has a lga1155 socket so it would be easier for him to get an i3 rather than investing again for a 970 mobo. However,990fx mobo's are around 9k in india.

Are you sure? I live in Nagpur and I am getting the zotac 650ti for 1200 less. If it is indeed a good site, then I might buy from there instead of flipkart.com.

however..i think if the O.P does have enough money at the time to upgrade to an AM3+ mobo and an fx-processor. Then i'd say his best bet would be getting a hd7770. Anything higher than that would be bottleneck.

All of ur ideas are good, i really appreciate them, the thing is that, in tanzania finding good Cpus and GPUs is extremely difficult and very very expensive, therefore i end up with the most least things that i can get from THE USED SHOPS which is very stressful, trust me u guys are enjoying alot, thnx for the ideas though, i was able to get 30,000 rupees in addition with the 15,000, so can any of u help me out again in setting up a mid-range gaming pc, With a budget of 45000 rupees.

FX-6300- about 8100

http://www.flipkart.com/amd-3-5-am3-fx-6-core-fx-6300-f...

CM Hyper 212 EVO- 3150

http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-212-evo/p/i...

MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard- roughly 6500

http://www.flipkart.com/msi-970a-g46-motherboard/p/itmd...

Kingston HyperX 1x8GB DDR3-1600 (you won't lost much performance with single channel and a dedicated GPU- 4300

http://www.flipkart.com/kingston-hyperx-ddr3-8-gb-1-x-g...

MSI TF GTX 760- 21499, any higher up card would be recommended to have a better PSU first

http://www.flipkart.com/msi-nvidia-n760-tf-2gd5-oc-2-gb...

Hopefully your PSU has the required 2x 6 pin PCI-E cables to plug into the card

With a new CPU+mobo you'll also need a fresh reinstall of Windows

That brings us to around 43k

You could consider an SSD for quicker OS booting, leaving your games on your HDD

http://www.flipkart.com/kingston-ms200s3-60-gb-desktop-...

or a bigger 128GB SSD for around 1.9k more
