I by mistake unninstalled my network driver (controlador in PT) and now i can't use my cable internet/ethernet (dunno)HELP PLS

the other day i was unnistaling programs i didnt need and by mistake i unninstalled the network driver, i dont know its name, i was looking for answers and then they asked for this

right no im using D-Link, a wireless internet thing but it isnt as good as my cable

ok i have my cd here, it says
GIGABYTE
" intel 7 series utility dvd

*adobe acrobat reader

is it this?
will this change my hole pc or just the network stuff?
