So my External HDD is not showing up in "Computer" but i can see it in "Device manager". I looked on the internet how to solve that and a lot of people say that i should change my Hard Drive letter and when i got to "Computer Manager" and right click on the drive the "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." it is in grey and i cant click it. I tried to run "Computer Management" as an Administrator but that doesn't solve the problem. Any help is appreciated.

Test the drive first to check it's state of health. Test it with "SeaTools for Windows", it doesn't matter what make the drive is:

Testing the hard drive should always be the first thing you do when a drive starts misbehaving. Otherwise you could be scratching your head for days trying to find out what's wrong.

I already fixed it. Just deleted the volume and made a new one and set a new letter. Thanks for the answer anyway.
