I want access to my laptop again. I'm the only user on my laptop. when I attempt to logon as normal the message is "user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.??

yoji
try and get in in safe mode (F8 after BIOs and before Windows starts to load).
Then use system restore to be back to an old saved state when your profile was OK.
Worked for me recently on an idiot who didn't shut down and just cut power.. corrupting their profile.
