I really need help moving EVERYTHING that's right everything including my operating system (windows 7) off my SSD and into a brand new WD Harddrive. I have no clue what I'm doing so videos and everybodys advice would be omg soo good!

Are there certain programs I have to use?(if so please tell me)
Do I download them on the SSD or HDD?
I don't want to clone it unless it removes everything off my SSD cause I want a fresh copy of windows 8 as my SSD is going into a new build!

Solution
You have two options : 1. Clone everything with OS from SSD and move it to HDD, then erase everything from SSD, and do a clean install of WIN 8 on SSD.

http://clonezilla.org/ will help you to clone from SSD to HDD. But you will need a bootable media to erase the OS partition. If you are new to this then it could be somewhat confusing for you.

2. The easiest and better way to install WIN 7 on HDD with a bootable media(DVD/USB), then copy everything from SSD to HDD.

Then clean install WIN 8 on SSD with a bootable media, everything will be erased from SSD during OS installation, so there will be no headache for you to erase everything from SSD.

How would I beable to install Windows 7 on my HDD without the disk? Or could I use Acronis and migrate the SSD over to the HDD

Yes you can use Acronis or any other cloning software to do the job.

But you will need atleast 1 installation disc either WIN 7 or WIN 8 to erase the OS partition of the drive(SSD). Cloning software's wont be able to erase the OS from drive.

If you have the legit serial key of WIN 7/8, then I can help you make a bootable installation disc.
