Yes but it also depends if your CPU is good enough to not bottleneck the GTX 660.

A lot. But no one will be able to tell you how much exactly, because it varies with a lot of factors, like CPU, ram, game and its settings, resolution, list goes on...

i dont mind even playing on low I just want to play in 1080p at around 50-60fps and soon i won't be able to do that with the next gen games like bf4

They won't install it for you though. Installing a graphics card isn't difficult at all.

First off, the GTX 660 can run BF4 at 60 fps, 1080p.
Secondly, I'm 12 when I first build my PC. That was last year.

Installing a GPU takes around 4 minutes, then you have to download the drivers then that's it.
(Do GT 640 drivers work with GTX 660's?)

All the equipment you need is a philips (+) screwdriver and a pair of dry hands. Anti-static bands is just to eliminate static, which can be done by simply touching a large metal object (it has to be conductive). Search youtube for some videos about it. Do it yourself and save some money.
