Hi, I have a dell laptop, just over a year old
Dell 15R SE(Inspiron 7520)
Intel 3rd gen i7 processor
8 GB ram
2GB AMD Radeon HD 7700m
I use this mostly for gaming but when I play something like Far Cry 3 or Assassins Creed 3 for even 45 minutes at full resolution, the laptop just shuts down. I'm pretty sure it is a heating issue as the area just to the left of the mouse pad gets very very hot. I keep the laptop well ventilated, propped up on some books with the fan in the room running at full speed. It helps for a while, but the ultimate result is really the same.
Is there anything i can do about this problem?
