Youtube video player randomly freezes frame but audio keeps playing

happens very rarely
does anyone else get this?
you have to basiaclly refresh for it to work again, only the audio works the image stops.

yes I get this too! I have chrome v31, yet another flags plugin (chrome), Windows 8.1 x64 and Avast Antivirus. it seems to happen when I change the video quality. I've never had it when just loading a video from a search list for example. Annoyingly however I haven't found out what causes it.
