I dont know what graphic card sould i buy
R9 280x (Gigabyte)
Or
Gtx 760 (Asus)???

These two are about the same. Consider

1) the brand (unless you use a custom cooling solution)
2) the bundled games
3) warranty
4) if the game developers that you prefer work with nvidia or amd
5) price :)
