I was wondering, which of these PSUs is better to use? I will use an Intel i5-3470 processor, and an Asus GTX 760 GPU, with the intention of going for SLI in the future.

I wouldn't trust either of those brands, Thermaltake's good PSUs are the Toughpower series, most of the others are meh.
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B 80+ Bronze, this is a decent PSU for around the same price (minus rebates it's $54) as the Thermaltake PSU you chose.

Having never owned a Rosewill, I can't comment from personal experience, but I have only heard bad things about their products, is this not a true statement?

options are very limited there...
taking your budget into account this is the best unit you can get:
http://www.emmi.rs/napajanja-i-dodatni-ventilatori-napa...

from what i have found it has 55A (660w) on single 12V rail and is capable to deliver its rated power with no problem...
it also has four 6+2 pin pcie express connectors you will need for two 760s
